Pistons sign Nowell to contract, terms undisclosed

Jaylen Nowell's 10-day deal with the Pistons has paid off, as he was signed to contract as that deal expired on Saturday.

Terms of the agreement were not made public.

Nowell originally signed the 10-day contract on April 3. He appeared in three games during that span, averaging 8.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and one assist in 16.7 minutes.

Prior to signing with the Pistons, Nowell appeared in 193 career games for Minnesota and Memphis over five seasons. He was drafted 43rd overall by the Timberwolves in 2019.
